Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on delivery is a very practical payment method for those customers who aren’t familiar or comfortable purchasing products over the internet.  Cash on delivery involves no risk at all for the buyer, as they will pay for the goods once they are delivered to your door. How ever we do require a minimal deposit before the goods leave the warehouse.  The balance must be paid in cash or bank Cheque upon delivery. COD is only available for Melbourne customers.

Credit Card

Think Audio Visual accepts MasterCard, Visa card and bank card. All credit card payments will attract a 1% surcharge, unless Think Audio Visual and the customer have agreed else wise.  All credit card transactions are sent using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer systems, which provides a secure pipeline between your computer and our commercial SSL server/payment gateway, SSL is used worldwide. Upon selecting credit card as your payment method, a Think Audio Visual representative will send you a credit card identify form. We have this form in order to confirm the card is being used by is rightful owner and to protect Think Audio Visual and the customer from any fraudulent activity.  You also have the option of calling us on 1300 85 95 85 to provide us with your credit card number.  

Cheque

Think Audio Visual accepts personal Cheque, company Cheque and bank Cheque. For a personal and company Cheque, we can not process your order until the funds are cleared, which generally takes 4 working days.

We do accept pay pal, however it will attract a 2.4% surcharge when paying with your credit card. For bank deposit and pay pal funds there is no fee involved, although the funds will need to be transfered into a different pay pal account. Please contact us before making a pay pal payment
