Sales Taxes
All products are inclusive of GST. How ever if shipped to a different region the buyer will be help responsible for any applicable taxes.

Sale Terms
The Sale Terms apply to your purchase of any Products on the Site. By reading this document you knowledge the terms and are bound by them, so please read the document carefully.
1 . An Order placed by you on the Site is an offer by you to purchase a particular Product. Think Audio Visual reserves the right to accept or reject your Order for any reason, including, without limitation, an error in your order or in the material on the Site, or the unavailability of the Product. Products are subject to availability.
2 .Think Audio Visual will only accept orders for that will be delivered to a street address in Australia and only if you if you are a resident of Australia. Think Audio Visual reserves the right to limit the quantity of Products purchased by you.
3. The price of a Product shall be as predetermined on the Site at the date of placement of your Order. Unless otherwise indicated on the Site, all prices include all GST.
4.Unless stated elsewhere on the Site, you will be responsible for payment of all transport and delivery charges for your purchases on the Site. Think Audio Visual will use its judgment in selecting a reputable courier, so all care is taken to ensure a safe delivery. Any dates quoted by Think Audio Visual for delivery of the Products are estimates only and shall not form part of the Sale Terms.
5. Think Audio Visual must receive full payment of the products ordered, and any other charges (including delivery or freight charges) that may apply to your Order, before they are delivered or supplied to you. You shall pay for the Products by using one of the payment methods available on the Site.
6. Where the Products are to be delivered by installments, each installment shall be deemed to be the subject of a separate agreement and no default or failure by Think Audio Visual in respect of any one or more installments shall vitiate the Contract in respect of the Products previously delivered or undelivered Products. In the event that Think Audio Visual gives notice to you that it is unable to deliver any installment of the Products, you shall be deemed to have accepted those installments already delivered but Think Audio Visual may reimburse the price of the undelivered Products which have been paid for by you.
7. If you fail to accept delivery of the Products when they are made available to you, or fail to provide accurate instructions/documents required to enable the Products to be delivered. Think Audio Visual shall be entitled, to store or arrange for storage of the products, and the risk shall pass to you, delivery shall be deemed to have taken place, and you are obligated to pay Think Audio Visual Pty Ltd all costs and expenses (including storage and insurance charges) arising from your failure.
8. Unless you notify Think Audio Visual by telephone or email with 24 hours of delivery, the Products shall be deemed to have been accepted by you as being in good condition and in accordance with the Sale Terms.
9. Title and risk of loss or damage to the Products shall pass to you on the physical delivery of the Products to the address identified by you in the Order.
10. In no event shall Think Audio Visual Pty Ltd be liable to you for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from performance or failure to perform under an agreement pursuant to the Sale Terms, or from the furnishing, performance or use of any goods or services sold or provided pursuant to the Sale Terms, or due to late delivery or non-delivery of the Products, whether due to a breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, or otherwise.
11. Think Audio Visual may update, or discontinue any Product and/or revise prices for any Product listed as available on the Site at any time. You agree that changes may occur between any Product shipped to you and the Products described in marketing materials.
12. Think Audio Visual shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
13. An attempt by you to enter an Order which is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions shall be null and void.
15. By you purchasing a product from Think Audio Visual you acknowledge that the product may not be in stock at the time of purchase. Even if you enquiry about the stock levels before purchase, availability of the product can change instantly, therefore you will have to wait for the next shipment to arrive. ETA’s are never accurate and sometimes you can expect long delays depending on the efficiency of the manufacturer. You can not cancel any order due to unavailable stock unless agreed with one of Think Audio Visuals representatives. Your order will be placed on back order and will be delivered to the customer when the product is made available to Think Audio Visual. In the occurrence of unexpected events Think Audio Visual may consider canceling your order in the best interest of both the customer and Think Audio Visual, which mayincur a 10% of the purchase price cancellation fee.
