If you are located within the Melbourne metropolitan area, Think Audio Visual provides a free delivery and setup service. If the product is in stock at the time of purchase, the turn around is usually within 4- 48hrs after payment has been received. The free setup involves, unpacking the product, setting up the product, connect existing/ new components, and giving the customer a demonstration on how to use the product. Free delivery and setup on applies for TV’s and home theatre systems only ( home theatre systems must be greater in value then $400). Please note: We do not wall mount plasma or LCD TVs. This service maybe excluded if the price has been discounted

When shipping goods interstate, we provide free delivery Australia wide. When requesting for free delivery, the product must be sent to a business address. The reason being is that we arrange for the product to be shipped directly from the manufactures warehouse. When shipped from the manufacturer’s warehouse, it can take between 2-14 working days, if the product is in stock. If the product is out of stock at the time or purchase, your order will be placed on back order and your order will be processed when stock arrives. If the manufacturer is out of stock and we have located a distributor that has the product in stock, we can arrange for the product to be shipped to you (in most cases we are happy to cover some of the cost).  If you need the product urgent please contact us on 1300 85 95 85 and we will provide you with the stock level, the stock level may not be accurate as it does fluctuate. Delays do occur, so please be patient.

Please contact us to make sure your suburb applies for free delivery and setup. Your delivery location must we within 20km from Melbournes CBD. If you are not within the metropolitan area, we will charge a fee between $20-$50 depending on your location

Return Policy

We offer a 14 day return policy on all products. Each manufacturer has a different interpretation on what is deemed a fault or defect please contact us if there is a fault or defect with your product and we will advise you whether it is covered under the manufacturers return policy. You are more than welcome to contact us prior to your purchase and we will kindly advise you of the return policy on the product of interest. After the 14days has expired you will be held responsible to get your product fixed under the manufactures warranty. All faults and defects will be dealt by the manufacturers warranty and will be subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty. Goods must be returned in the original packaging in good condition. We can not return goods if the box is damaged and/or parts are missing. If the customer has requested for Think Audio Visual to take the box after delivery, we discard the box and other materials straight away (they are not stored). Therefore you can not return your product and you are liable to get the product fixed under the manufacturer’s warranty. 

If the goods are found to be damaged upon delivery Think Audio Visual must be informed within 24 hours upon receiving the item. Under no circumstances will goods be accepted as damaged upon delivery after that time.

If your product has been damaged in the transit, Think Audio Visual will arrange for a new product to be sent. All products are insured for their purchase amount, unless it is a local delivery. Think Audio Visual will not be held responsible if your product has been damaged or lost. We do not give refunds if your product is damaged, the manufacturers will either repair it or replace it.

You may not return goods or cancel an order, unless Think Audio Visual has agreed to your request. A change of mind or financial circumstances does not allow return of goods.

An order (whether by e-mail, fax or verbally or any other means of communication) from you to Think Audio Visual for the supply of goods is regarded as a binding contract, orders may not be cancelled due to delays in delivery or any other reason outside the control of Think Audio Visual. Please do not order goods from Think Audio Visual unless you are certain you can follow through with the transaction. 

For interstate customers, the faulty product must be collected from a business address.
